Get Away From Pimples!

How to Reduce Pimples?
Proper skincare is essential for clear skin. Harsh cleansers and over scrubbing, does more harm than good when it comes to acne. Contrary to popular belief, squeezing a pimple will not make it go away, but can damage the skin and leave a scar when the pimple is gone. Infomercials and high priced ads have flooded us with products that claim to clear the skin and remove redness.
Keeping your face clean does have some effect, but pimples are actually caused by sebum (an oily skin secretion) that, as this Wikipedia article mentions. I've personally experienced much more effect from lowering processed foods and sugars from my diet than from washing my face more than during my daily shower. If you have an overly oily skin this might be useful, but affecting the glands that cause the stuff that fills the pimple would seem more useful either way.
First, let me tell you that there are no permanent solutions for pimples. I know this will disappoint you but that is a fact but there are measures you can take to reduce it.
For the pimples, what you need to do is "STOP LOOKING AT THE MIRROR". I know this sounds funny but every time you look into the mirror you will always find a pimple no matter how small it might be and you will want to squeeze it and that is how you are making it worse. Secondly, drink lots of water, sleep well (if you have the habit of staying up late, you need to stop that right away because that is how your pimples keep coming back) and yes, do "NOT" touch your pimples no matter how big it is..!!
Lastly, drink less milk tea and coffee (if you can avoid it completely than that’s very good) and eat less of that oily stuff, wash your hair daily and NEVER OIL YOUR HAIR.
There are lots of other dos and don’ts but for now you can start with these simple tips and see if it helps and maybe you can come back for more again.
Honey is great for drawing out impurities. It also contains a large amount of potassium, giving it antibacterial properties. For serious cases, try a complete facial mask of pure honey, rather than just a spot treatment.
Soak a cotton ball in warm salt water; press on the blemish for three minutes to help dissolve the top.
Dab a bit of honey on the affected area to deep-clean the pore and draw out any bacteria.
Clean the face with normal cleanser; then rinse the skin well with warm water, then cool water.
Pat the skin dry.
I hope my tips will help to prevent or treat pimples.
